Cheers to Progress in Versailles! 🥃 We had the opportunity to assist the City of Versailles in acquiring 118 acres of industrial land and upgrading the infrastructure through the Kentucky Product Development Initiative. This investment helped lay the groundwork to attract a new bourbon distillery to the site - creating jobs and economic growth! The KPDI funding allowed Versailles to strategically install upgraded water and sewer capabilities at the property. When the distillery was considering locations, this enhanced infrastructure was key to making Versailles the ideal site. This is a great example of how forward-thinking projects supported by KPDI can unlock new opportunities for communities! We were thrilled to collaborate with Versailles and support their vision.
