Lucas Witt is a founding partner of MWM Consulting, LLC which specializes in economic development, site selection, and tax incentive services. Lucas started his economic development career at the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development where he led and closed projects which generated over $2 billion in capital investment and 2,000 new jobs for the Commonwealth.

Since leaving the Cabinet, Lucas has built MWM Consulting into a firm which now serves several communities across the state in addition to advising corporate clients through the site selection and tax incentive negotiation process. To date, Lucas and MWM has assisted and worked projects on behalf of communities and corporate clients which resulted in over $500 million in capital investment and 500 new jobs created.

Lucas was born raised in Lexington, KY which is where he, his wife Lyndsey, his son William, and dog Millie call home. The Witts enjoy spending time together at Lake Cumberland and on the golf course with family and friends.

Amy Mellinger is a founding partner of MWM Consulting, LLC. She is the immediate past principal broker and partner of Fortune Realty with over twenty years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Her career has included management of commercial build-to-suit projects, leasing, property management and landlord/client representation. Alongside her team, Amy developed, built, leased, and eventually led the sale transaction of the Fortune Business Center – 50 acres of land with 500,000 square feet of building space.

Through Amy’s career, she has negotiated hundreds of commercial leases with regional, national and global tenants while managing a real estate portfolio of over 850,000 square feet. She strives to thoroughly understand the business models and objectives of her clients, either investors with long term financial goals or a tenant with a specific space need.



Away from the office, Amy enjoys time at Lake Cumberland with family and friends, walking, and perusing the internet and literature for the latest in interior design and real estate projects.

Elizabeth works as a Project Manager for MWM Consulting leading and assisting both economic development and corporate clients. Additionally, Elizabeth has led all market research for MWM including the gathering and compiling of data for economic development related analysis. Through all the above, Elizabeth touches nearly all areas of MWM’s business. Elizabeth is also a licensed real estate agent with Block + Lot Real Estate, MWM Consulting’s affiliate company.

Elizabeth Carter is a native of Lexington, Kentucky and a graduate of the University of Kentucky where she received a Bachelor of Science in Communication and a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Environmental & Occupational Health. During her time as a masters student, Elizabeth served within the NIOSH/CDC-funded Central Appalachian Regional Education Research Center (CARERC). Prior to joining MWM Consulting, Elizabeth worked as a federal contractor supporting the U.S Department of Homeland Security - TSA, Occupational Safety and Health Environment (OSHE) and overseeing the health and safety programs of federalized airports in the North East territory. 

In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys spending time outdoors and boating at Lake Cumberland with her husband Randy, son Ford, and family and friends. 

Audrey Grace Hacker is a Project Manager for MWM Consulting where she assists both economic development and corporate clients. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Centre College. Prior to joining MWM Consulting, Audrey Grace worked for a farmland investment company in Nashville, TN assisting with investor relations and other pieces of the real estate fund. She is a native of Lexington, KY and is involved in various non-profit organizations.

Ryder Brown is the Marketing and Information Systems Manager at MWM Consulting. He earned his master's degree in Information Communication Technology from the University of Kentucky. Before joining MWM, Ryder was part of a leading digital marketing agency, where he developed innovative marketing strategies for diverse clients. He also has experience as a digital marketing specialist for a national real estate company, significantly boosting the company's online presence. With expertise in both marketing and technology, Ryder is committed to enhancing service offerings at MWM, specializing in economic development and corporate clients.

Mac McLean serves as a Project Manager for MWM Consulting, specializing in economic development, site selection, and tax incentive consulting. He graduated with dual BBAs in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Georgia in 2023. He interned with Bellwether Enterprise, a commercial and multifamily mortgage banking firm based in Birmingham, Alabama. The following summer, he gained further experience with Block + Lot Real Estate in Lexington, Kentucky. After interning with MWM in 2023, he joined the company full-time. In addition to his role at MWM, Mac serves as a Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent at Block + Lot, bringing a multifaceted approach to the projects he undertakes
